2. What are Colorways?

Sometimes, it can be difficult to decide which colors you want on your custom graphics. To help out, we’ve created a couple different colorway suggestions for you to choose from. Each colorway option is based upon what we thought would look good for the [product] you’re viewing.

9. When do we receive our proof of the order?

Our design team will start working on your order and send you a proof for approval within 1-2 business days from the time you placed the order. Once we’ve received your approval, we will begin production and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

13. Can I cancel or change my order?

In the check out process you had the option to choose email proof yes/no. If you chose yes, then MotoGraphics will be sending you a proof for approval before production and you will be allowed to make changes at that time. If you would like to make any changes before your proof is emailed to you, please contact  or call us and let us know about these changes.  After the changes have been made, a second proof will be sent to you for a final approval and we'll begin production. 

If you did not choose the Email Proof option and you would like to make changes to your order, please give us a call. If your order is not in production yet we can still make changes. However, if we have started printing your graphics you will not be allowed to makes any changes. 

If, at any point, you’d like to cancel your order a $25 cancelation fee will be charged.

14. What is your return policy?

All MotoGraphics product are made custom. If there is an issue with your custom graphics, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We do not offer refunds or returns. However, if the error is our fault we will take full responsibility.

16. Do you offer any free stickers?

Yes, we want you to promote our company as much as you want to promote us. Please send us a self addressed stamped envelope and we’ll send it back to your with MotoConcepts goodies inside.

4. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on MotoConcepts products. If you belive there is a defect on your product, please send us an email stating your concern and attach a photo of the product you received.
